Mountain Memories Farm

    Here at Mountain Memories Farm, we offer a variety of beef.

     Like all our other meats, it has no added hormones or antibiotics and fed no animal by-procucts.  Our beef is raised all natural on sweet country grass right here on the farm in Grayson County and never sent to a feedlot, which produces a healthy product for our customers.

     All beef is dry aged for tenderness and is vacuum sealed and frozen, unless you order fresh. 

     We offer different bred choices because we've found that people like their different flavors.   

Choice #1:  100% Angus

Grass fed and grain finished.

Choice #2:  100% Angus

Primarily grass fed.

Choice #3: Holstein/Jersey X

Grass fed and grain finished.  This beef has been around for years and is a favorite amoung our customers.  It's very flavorful.

Price List: 

Ground Beef- $4.50 per lb.       Bulk or 1 lb. packages

Bulk Retail Price List:

1/4 Beef- approximately 150 lbs.- $3.60 per lb.   

1/2 Beef- approximately 320 lbs.- $3.60 per lb.

Whole Beef- approximately 650 lbs.- $3.60 per lb.

Prices are based on carcass weight at $3.60 per pound.  Carcass weight will yeild approximately 60% in packaged product.  Processing decreases overall weight with removal of bones.
